Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from YourAI.Photo. This page explains how we handle data deletion and what you can expect.

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Account Information: Name, email, password, and profile data
• Uploaded Photos: All photos you've uploaded for training
• Generated Photos: All AI-generated photos in your gallery
• Training Data: AI models trained on your photos
• Usage History: Activity logs and generation history
• Billing Data: Payment history and credit transactions

We automatically delete certain data based on your settings:

• Uploaded Photos: Deleted after 7 days (configurable)
• Generated Photos: Deleted after 30 days (configurable)
• Inactive Accounts: Deleted after 12 months of inactivity

You can request data deletion in several ways:

• Account Settings: Use the "Delete Account" option in your settings
• Email Request: Send a deletion request to privacy@yourai.photo
• Support Ticket: Contact our support team through the platform

When you request deletion:

1. We verify your identity to ensure account security
2. We immediately stop processing your data
3. We delete your data from our active systems within 24 hours
4. We remove data from backups within 30 days
5. We send you a confirmation of deletion

In certain circumstances, we may retain some data:

• Legal Requirements: Data required by law or regulation
• Security Purposes: Data needed to prevent fraud or abuse
• Service Improvement: Anonymized usage statistics
• Dispute Resolution: Data related to ongoing legal proceedings

We work with third-party services that may have copies of your data:

• Cloud Storage: We request deletion from our storage providers
• AI Services: We ensure models trained on your data are deleted
• Payment Processors: Stripe may retain transaction data per their policies

Important: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes:

• All uploaded photos and generated content
• Your account and login credentials
• Training progress and AI models
• Credit balance and purchase history
